Happy 100th day of school! 🎉 We had an awesome day in Room 2. We did a 100 day workout, made 100 day crowns, we practiced making ten groups of ten to count 100 fruit loops, and we strung our 100 fruit loops onto our 100 day necklaces!  Congrats on attending Kindergarten for 100 days! 🎊 Tomorrow is library day.  See you tomorrow!  

 Happy Friday! On Monday, it is our 100th day of school! Students are invited to dress up like they are 100 years old to celebrate. Students may bring a special snack to eat on Monday. We will not be sharing snacks at this time. We are so excited to celebrate 100 days of learning!

We will celebrate by dressing like we are 100 years old, and doing many 100 day activities. In the previous years, students have researched costumes on line to look like they are 100. You can wear wigs, do face paint, wear a old looking outfit, wear glasses, use a cane... etc.  LOVE ROOM 2💖

Welcome back! I hope you all had a fun long weekend.  Mrs. Gall has been away, but we will have library tomorrow. Most of the books have already been returned, please bring your book back if you haven't yet!  Tomorrow is Pink Shirt Day. Today was our Winter Walk Day!  "I saw snow and snow and snow!"-Lily "We made snow angels!"-Presley "We saw lots of dead leaves on the trees!"-Carter "We made our own class book!"-Amarynn "We played centres!"-Owen "We did snack!"-Leo "I made tracks in the snow!"-Wyatt There is no school on Thursday, Friday or Monday. Have a great long weekend and on Tuesday we will have library! Mrs. Gall was away this week, so we will have library this week instead. Also, my airdrop wasn't working the last couple of days, so here are a few pictures from our Valentine's fun! LOVE ROOM 2 ❤️😃  

Hi everyone! Tomorrow is our last day of school for the week. We will have school again on Tuesday, February 22.  The grade threes are raising money to buy tree seedlings for Tree Canada. www.treecanada.ca Please bring in donations to help us raise money for Tree Canada! Happy Weekend!  We have Valentine's Day coming up on Monday. ❤️  Earlier today, I sent out an email to parents about students handing out Valentine's cards. Students can hand out Valentine's cards to our 19 students on Monday. Please have your child sign the cards with their names only, not the names of others. This will make the handing out process a lot smoother!  Your child may bring a special snack to enjoy on Monday. We had another fun day in Kindergarten!  Today we watched the grade three assembly about deforestation, practiced showing number 10 in many different ways, went to the gym, and had centres.  Next Monday is Valentines Day. Your child may bring in valentines for the class. Please only have your child sign their name, but not write the other students' names on it. We will distribute them to the students on Monday! See you tomorrow!❤️
