Today was our Winter Walk Day!

"We saw lots of dead leaves on the trees!"-Carter

"We played centres!"-Owen
"We did snack!"-Leo
"I made tracks in the snow!"-Wyatt

There is no school on Thursday, Friday or Monday. Have a great long weekend and on Tuesday we will have library! Mrs. Gall was away this week, so we will have library this week instead.

Also, my airdrop wasn't working the last couple of days, so here are a few pictures from our Valentine's fun!

 Happy Friday! We had an awesome walk in Fish Creek Park today for our first field trip! The weather turned out to be beautiful and sunny and we enjoyed spending the day in nature! A special thanks to the lovely parent volunteers who joined us.   School Council is hosting an Ice Cream Social on Thursday, June 23, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Woodlands School parking lot. Come by and enjoy some ice cream with your friends from school! This event is FREE!

We had another fun day in Kindergarten!  Today we watched the grade three assembly about deforestation, practiced showing number 10 in many different ways, went to the gym, and had centres.  Next Monday is Valentines Day. Your child may bring in valentines for the class. Please only have your child sign their name, but not write the other students' names on it. We will distribute them to the students on Monday! See you tomorrow!❤️

"We did the pumpkin poem!"-Carter "We played with the light table!"-Eric "We played with the blocks!"-Jaylen "We played with the crane!"-Kyson "We learned about pumpkin seeds and how pumpkins grow!"-Wyatt On Friday, we will be celebrating Halloween. Your child may come to school dressed up. We will not be handing out candy to our friends.
